Reception Team Leader
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Team Leader, you will lead the team taking care of our guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:
* Leading the reception teams to deliver great guest experiences and working with the team on reception as needed by the business.
* Working with the reservations team leader to ensure all reservations (including groups) are accurate, and all guest requests are responded to.
* Supporting the front office manager with daily banking and account reconciliation, as well as accounts receivable processes.
Qualifications:
* Good with computers and Microsoft applications.
* Service focused personality is essential.
Additional Information:
* Experience is an asset.
* Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is a benefit, but not essential.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
