This position requires mechanical knowledge and experience in a warehouse environment, contributing to the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
Duties
Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, reporting any significant concerns to supervisors.
Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools proficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
