We are currently seeking a well-organised and highly motivated individual to work within our Project Delivery Department supporting the team to deliver re-engineering projects to some of the most iconic lighthouses in the world. You will support the Programme Manager and be responsible for all aspects of project administration through various project management tools, and provide general administrative support within a highly technical and compliance driven environment. You will also compile technical project documentation, update reports for all stakeholders including the tracking and forecasting of project expenditure and coordinate the team travel arrangements. This role is mainly office / hybrid based, however occasional travel to other depots and stations within the UK will be involved. To fulfil this exciting and varied role, you should be A Level qualified or equivalent, possess excellent administrative and organisational skills and be able to work under your own initiative. Previous experience within a technical, industrial project delivery environment using the Prince 2 methodology and MS Project Server would be advantageous, as would experience of tracking, forecasting and reporting on project expenditure.
