Job Title: Legal Support Assistant (Residential Conveyancing)
Location: Solihull
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Providing full support to our Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.
2. Preparing correspondence using our case management system.
3. Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
4. Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
5. Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
6. Diary Management.
7. Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
8. Audio type from dictation.
9. Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required.
10. Deal with routine client correspondence and queries.
About the Person:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should possess the following attributes, skills, and experience:
11. Strong knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
12. Demonstrate initiative, with the ability to carry out searches and ID checks
13. High levels of speed and accuracy in all tasks
14. Excellent audio typing skills from dictation
15. A professional and friendly telephone manner, with confidence in dealing with clients both over the phone and in person
16. Highly organised, methodical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
