Role description: Provide professional leadership primarily in Offshore Renewable Energy and Energy Transition projects at a senior management level, establishing and consolidating relationships with clients, taking ownership for the delivery of the region’s technical capability, supporting the delivery of projects or specialised components of projects Support the development of Arcadis capability in Offshore Renewables and build and maintain a professional reputation as an individual and for Arcadis May undertake a Project Management Role in line with Arcadis Project Management Academy competence requirements Take a leadership role with the project team, providing direction and leading by example where appropriate Manage the delivery of projects in accordance with Management Systems to meet time, quality, budgetary and health and safety targets Manage all aspects of the client relationship so that delivery meets or exceeds client expectations Working to ensure maximum client satisfaction, championing client care and proactively working with the client Promote both the regional and global culture of the business To provide temporary embedded support to key clients as required.
