Are you a strong Business Development specialist with a passion for Coating and Construction Chemicals (COATS). We are looking for an individual that will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships. This role demands a deep understanding of the coating and construction chemicals industry, strong sales acumen, and the ability to develop and implement business strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Market Research and Strategy Development:
* Conduct thorough market analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
* Identify potential markets, clients, and products for business expansion.
2. Sales and Business Development:
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and distributors.
* Lead the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Promote the company’s portfolio of coating and construction chemicals, including, primers, Sealers, Polyurethane and Epoxy solutions, etc.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
3. Product and Industry Knowledge:
* Stay updated on advancements in coatings and construction chemicals, including sustainable and innovative solutions.
* Provide technical and commercial support to clients, collaborating with the technical team for customized solutions.
4. Partnerships and Networking:
* Develop strategic alliances with suppliers, distributors, and industry partners to enhance market reach.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand visibility.
5. Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with the R&D, production, and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demands.
* Provide feedback from the market to influence product development and innovation.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
* Analyse business development metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
