This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Product Specialist to work within Lancashire Care’s Digital Directorate as a core member of the Applications Management and ePR Programme teams.
As a Junior Product Specialist, you are a core member of the Applications Management department and the Product Specialist Team, in the role of in-house expert on ePR system capabilities and constraints. This includes absorbing technical detail of system configuration abilities, new release functionality and supporting colleagues on the optimal way to technically achieve clinically based requirements. You will also develop this functionality within the department's core ePR systems. This is required to achieve successful change management within Lancashire & South Cumbria's clinical services and to improve service uptake and usage of the trust's ePR systems.
To be a Junior subject matter expert and support the Product Specialists in the technical and functional capabilities of the core EPR applications or other clinical information systems.
As a Junior Product Specialist, you will work closely with the EPR programme team, in the role of in-house Junior expert on the ePR system’s capabilities and constraints. This includes being aware of some technical detail of system configuration abilities, new release functionality and advising colleagues of the optimal way to technically achieve clinically based requirements. You will also support the development of this functionality within the trust's EPR systems.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
