Qualifications and Requirements: Required: Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Experience: Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting. Skills and Knowledge: Strong classroom support skills and the ability to lead lessons confidently. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. A clear understanding of inclusive education practises. Preferred: Additional qualifications in education or child development are a bonus. Working Conditions: Full-time contract position with hours based on the school schedule.
