Junior Account Manager I am looking for a Junior Account Manager to support my client's dynamic sales team, playing a pivotal role in client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day of the role: Engage with client representatives through phone calls and email communication. Maintain and update the CRM system with project statuses and client interactions, ensuring all client records are accurate and up to date. Follow up on submitted quotes to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction with proposals. Attend and participate in client meetings alongside Key Account Managers. Provide administrative support for tender submissions, including preparing case studies, accreditation evidence, and quality submissions. Monitor online procurement portals to identify publicly shared opportunities and generate sales leads. Develop periodic content and communications for key account client segments. Attend and assist at industry-specific shows and exhibitions as required by the Regional Sales Manager. Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
