About the Role As a member of the Permits Team, you will be at the forefront of planning and scheduling critical activities that keep our services running efficiently. Your work will involve coordinating with local councils to manage permits, liaising with customers to address their needs, and maintaining precise documentation to meet both organizational goals and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will: Schedule and coordinate activities related to the issuance and management of permits. Communicate with local councils to ensure all necessary permissions and approvals are secured in a timely manner. Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide updates on schedules and services. Maintain detailed records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workflows. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment and is confident working with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in planning or scheduling, ideally within an administrative, customer service, or operational environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify potential issues and work collaboratively to resolve them.
