Payroll Processor
Red Rock Partnership Ltd, a National Recruitment Provider, are now recruiting for an experienced Payroll Processor. Our vacancy offers the right candidate the opportunity to work within our Head Office in Lincoln, working within a busy team with opportunities for growth and development. The successful candidate will be involved in providing payroll support to the RRPL teams across multiple sites throughout the country.
Main Duties
1. To process all aspects of payroll to ensure the accurate payment of wages within certain deadlines.
2. To process & administrate weekly payroll reports, including the data inputting of new starter information for submission to HMRC.
3. Liaising with RRPL teams across various Branches and On Sites, via phone or email, to answer any queries and ensure payroll is processed accurately.
4. Responding to Client and Employee emails or calls to assist with any payroll queries.
5. Completion of any ad hoc projects as requested by the Payroll Manager.
6. Work effectively within a team and maintain a positive working relationship with RRPL colleagues.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17.00pm.
Salary: £27,000 per year.

1. Experience of completing and running payroll to a high standard within limited time frames.
2. Fully competent with the use of Microsoft Office.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
4. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
5. Ability to work well within a team.
6. Highly organised and proactive.
7. Able to work well under pressure.
