As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. You will leverage your expertise in the tech/IT sector to create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the business objectives.

The Candidate:
* 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech/IT distribution sector.
* An understanding of IT hardware and servers is desirable.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of the tech industry, including emerging technologies and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the tech/IT distribution industry.
* Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive sales.
* Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan that aligns with company goals and targets.
* Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
* Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
