Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to annuities and life and pensions products.
* Process Analysis: Analyse and map current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
* Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
* Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends and insights.
* Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
* Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
* Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use new systems and processes effectively.
* Education: Worked in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on annuities and life and pensions.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, data analysis, and requirements management.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
