We are thrilled to be partnering with a new client of ours for this role. They’re a local, family-owned company in Ware seeking an Administrator to support their growing business. Ideally we're looking for a good all around Administrator with experience in either legal or heavy compliance-based businesses. Attitude and personality are also important as this is a small, albeit growing, business, but we can absolutely consider people at all different stages of their career. This role requires a high standard of customer service for their clients and a positive approach to supporting the entire team with high levels of accuracy. Key Duties include: Setting up files for client cases, both online and for physical copies of paperwork. Responsibility for your own caseloads, working with clients and third party institutions to ensure probate practices are carried out in a timely and thorough manner. Speak to clients over the phone and by email, ensuring that all updates are put into writing and expectations are managed effectively. Completing all administration where necessary and using a mix of internal, industry specific systems alongside Xero and Excel. Acting as the first point of contact for any enquiries, assisting them with the probate process from start to finish. General office duties including answering the phone, photocopying, contact third parties via phone and email, greeting visitors and dealing with a mix of incoming and outgoing post.
