Main duties of the job If you are successful, your day-to-day duties will include: The distribution of meals and drinks including water jugs, cooking of meals always maintaining hygiene standards. The after-meal cleaning service, washing-up and using steriliser. Stock rotation and control. Working towards and completing your level 2 food hygiene certificate.
