Salary: £30,000 What you’ll be doing: Use the applicant tracking system (ATS) to screen and progress applications. Ensure the ATS is used to provide a valid indication of application progress to date for your allocated programmes and is subsequently accurate within the dashboard Progress applicants in a timely manner through the appropriate stages, providing the highest level of candidate care to all applicants (successful and unsuccessful) from application submission through to start date achieved Understand the candidate marketplace and continue to support the sourcing team to innovate and develop a range of strategies to attract the highest quality of candidates Support the Employer Branding team to drive and deliver on diversity and inclusion initiatives for recruitment Coordination of the selection and assessment process with a high level of expertise, using your ability to build strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers to match high quality individuals to early careers roles and manage any associated risks Conduct relevant assessment centre preparation including issuing candidate invites and working with the business to ensure assessors in attendance have the appropriate skills and training to participate and make the required hiring decisions on behalf of their business Take part in the onboarding process to ensure the offer process is initiated, candidates are updated and supported throughout the onboarding process for a smooth transition into the company Support any expansion and integration of the team into wider recruitment activity/campaigns beyond early careers Your skills and experiences: Essential: Knowledge of recruitment processes is essential with knowledge of Early Careers recruitment highly desirable Excellent IT skills, in particular applicant tracking systems Ability to understand and champion the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to run efficient processes Experience of recruiting volume campaigns as well as unique roles and the variances in between Experience of delivering to and working with service level agreements and service definitions Proven ability of challenging and improving customer perception through delivery of contractual measures and excellent service Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
