Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is wholly owned by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care and a key member of the NHS Family. Set up in 2001, we work to improve community-based health and wellbeing services by providing and managing high-quality NHS estate.
Through our LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) programme, 350 local health care buildings were designed, built, and funded and are currently operated, with CHP acting as Head Tenant in most.
We have a head office in Manchester and regional offices in Birmingham and London and support a hybrid working model wherever possible in line with the needs of the business. Job Opportunity
CHP has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Property and Operations team on a permanent basis.
The post holder will report to the Contracts & Operations Director, with responsibility and accountability for the performance of a Regional property portfolio. They will lead, empower, and manage their direct reports in fulfilling the responsibilities in the Head Tenant role and the landlord role to the buildings tenants.
To provide support and guidance for their direct reports in managing their local delivery teams as part of the building management function and principal contacts for tenants in our buildings. Act as both the escalation and resolution point for any property and operational issues.
The post holder is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Regional property and operations team. They will identify and deliver service improvements and ensure the required operational compliance, standards, and services are delivered across their Region.
The role will be based in any of our North East locations.
