The post-holder must hold a professional registration and have excellent communication skills, together with a wide breadth of clinical experience.
This will enable you to enhance your interest in education, staff development, and support. The role involves developing and delivering group and individual training for health professionals who have been registered for more than a year.
You will gain experience in career conversations, clinical supervision, and advising staff on their continuing professional development. We provide education through a variety of settings from classroom to in situ simulations. We provide support around revalidation, clinical skills refreshers, and Trust audits.
