As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing one-on-one support for students with SEN
2. Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
3. Assisting the class teacher with various tasks
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with primary-aged students and a good understanding of SEN. You should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
