Job Profile We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Manager to establish and lead a new ‘Sales Operations’ team in MTS’s London office. This role is crucial in supporting the MTS growth strategy. This role sits within the Business Development team within MTS. Responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and client retention efforts globally. The role will increase sales productivity by producing consistent content in a timely manner. Key elements of the function include the management of data, promotional content (.ppt documents), performance reporting, CRM, commercial management and business productivity/efficiencies of day-to-day process. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organised, and process-driven, with excellent follow-through capabilities. They should be a confident communicator who can effectively coordinate between clients and internal teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate client records. A genuine interest in fixed income markets and electronic trading platforms is essential, and any prior experience in financial services operations or client support would be advantageous. Key Accountabilities Sales Operations Deliver sales methodology disciplines, ensuring the efficiency & effectiveness of day-to-day sales activities. Recognise, develop & implement process improvements within the Sales organisation Drive pipeline management using CRM tools (D365) Act as a delegate / trusted advisor to Sales leadership team Act as a liaison between internal teams (Product, Membership, Client Services) when dealing with client requests Drive end-to-end client onboarding processes in collaboration with the sales and membership teams Reporting, MI & CRM Manage all sales data and critical KPIs to drive efficiencies and monitor performance Drive the evolution of data production to improve business intelligence whilst supporting regular business requests for information, such as quarterly reviews Provide timely & trusted ‘useful’ data to help drive sales & to make informed business decisions Lead build out and management of CRM (D365) Centralised Communications & Content Provide a toolkit repository for all sales managers as their critical source of content, data, and processes Support Marketing with the creative direction for client content, offering a comprehensive library of stock content for front line use. Support sales team with client pitches/decks/proposals in a structured process ensuring efficient output and quality of content. Maintain strong awareness of competitor landscape Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Strong operational mindset with excellent attention to detail and process management abilities Self-motivated professional with a proactive approach to client service and problem-solving Team player with proven ability to collaborate across departments and contribute constructive ideas for process improvement Excellent communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders Basic understanding of Fixed Income trading platforms and financial markets preferred Service-oriented mindset with focus on client satisfaction and relationship maintenance Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure Strong organisational skills with experience in documentation and record-keeping Proficiency in CRM systems (D365 used within the Group) and Microsoft Office suite Experience in client support, operations, or account management roles preferred Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, or related field 2-5 years experience in financial services industry, ideally in a client service or operations role W e are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
