A brand new role as a Part Time HR Advisor role in a manufacturing business site based in Rotherham. You will be the HR point of contact on site in a generalist role reporting into the HR Director.

Description
* Provide comprehensive HR support to staff and management
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Manage recruitment processes, from job ad creation to candidate selection
* Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
* Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Participate in the performance review process
* Contribute to the promotion of a positive company culture
Profile
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field - desirable
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Proactive approach and ability to work independently
Job Offer
Salary up to 37,500 FTE
20 -25 hours per week - either over 5 days or full days - site based
