Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, client acquisition, and retention strategies globally, with a particular focus on the US, UK and Middle East markets. This role may be in consultation with external marketing partners or consultants. A deep understanding of the luxury market and customer required with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. Knowledge and experience working in fine jewellery would be ideal. This pivotal role will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels ensuring alignment with Loquet London's vision and values while leveraging data to maximise ROI and enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy, aligning with Loquet London's business goals.
* Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of seasonal and product launch campaigns.
* Identify growth opportunities, both online and offline, to strengthen brand visibility and market share.
* Work in partnership with internal and external teams to ensure deadlines and budgets are met while navigating possible ambiguity.
Brand Development
* Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including retail, digital, and social channels.
* Evolve brand storytelling to reflect Loquet London’s focus on intimacy, personalisation, and craftsmanship.
* Collaborate with creative director and external design teams to align marketing narratives with product launches.
Campaigns & Content
* Working closely with the Creative Director and external creative partners to brief and deliver creative marketing campaigns that resonate with Loquet London’s target audience.
* Coordinate and oversee all photoshoots, including top-line campaigns, pack shots, and video content.
* Manage the Marketing Coordinator to ensure timely preparation and delivery of assets required for e-commerce uploads.
* Develop content strategies for social media, email, and the website, with a focus on storytelling and visual appeal.
* Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise future initiatives.
Digital Marketing
* Lead all digital marketing efforts with a focus on social media and email campaigns. Collaborating closely with the ecommerce manager to plan and execute all online campaigns and promotions.
Client Engagement – CRM Development:
* Using Klaviyo and Loyalty Lion, build and implement retention strategies that foster long-term customer relationships, including loyalty programs and personalisation to drive customer loyalty and retention.
* Innovate in-store experiences to drive footfall and enhance the flagship store's unique appeal.
* Lead PR initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for the external PR partner.
* Plan and manage in-person events, including press previews, product launches, and client-focused experiences.
Data Management and Analysis:
* Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and customer retention rates.
* Develop customer personas and segments based on purchasing behaviour and preferences.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Manage and mentor a junior content creator and marketing co-ordinator, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
* Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and collaborators to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
* Foster cross-department collaboration to streamline processes and ensure marketing aligns with business needs.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the luxury or fine jewellery sector.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including ecommerce platforms (Shopify), SEO, and CRM tools.
* Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-store.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
* Experience managing external PR agencies and executing in-person events.
