We are looking for Care Support Workers to join our residential service Ty Richards in Llanelli, for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and behaviours that may challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exceptional service, providing outstanding care and support.

Responsibilities
* The activities you will take part in are wide-ranging and centred around the individual you are supporting.
* You will be trained to offer person-centred support, which promotes dignity, independence and well-being.
* We operate a number of services, some of which are very complex and you may be required to work within challenging environments.
* You will actively promote independence in accessing the local community, and encourage engaging in work and further education where possible.
* In a domestic setting, you will help individuals learn to cook and keep their living space clean and tidy.
* You will provide focused support to assist people with individual tasks, personal care and medication needs.

Additional Information
* We offer a variety of contracted hours (22 to 45 hours), shift patterns will vary and you will be required to work weekends and night shifts, as required, on a rota basis.
* If not already qualified, you will be enabled to undertake a QCF level 2 in Health & Social Care qualification as part of the role after successful completion of the probationary period. You will be fully supported in achieving this.
* Experience in care is not essential as full training will be given.
