Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Purchasing Associate at Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York in Wading River, NY. The Purchasing Associate will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating purchase orders, coordinating communication with vendors, and supporting procurement activities. The role allows for some flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
1. Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchasing skills
2. Strong communication skills
3. Procurement knowledge and experience
4. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in work
6. Knowledge of financial principles and budget management
7. Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications in procurement or related field preferred
Travel Requirements:
This position is partially remote and is based at our Wading River location.
