Your new companyAn established company based in Basingstoke who form part of an international group are partnering with Hays on an exclusive basis to source a talented FP&A analyst with strong analytical capabilities and commercial judgement.
Your new roleYou will support a diverse stakeholder group within your portfolio to ensure that monthly performance reports are both understood and acted on through the delivery of cutting edge financial analysis. You will analyse key KPI's providing commentary and feed into periodic meetings with a range of internal customers to aid decision-making. You will advise on revenue movements, support in the preparation of business cases whilst working on a range of ad-hoc analytical tasks. You will support the wider finance function with the enhancement of processes through continuous improvement and the adoption of business intelligence.
What you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or soon to qualify with strong commercial awareness, the ability to see the bigger picture but the agility to drill into the finer details as required. You will demonstrate excellent business partnering qualities and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.
