The Reward team supports the RNLI through ensuring best value is delivered from our pay and benefit strategies to support attraction and retention of the best people for the RNLI. Some of the benefits Salary £34,893 - £41,050 (dependent on experience) Flexible working 26 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays Outstanding pension scheme (contributions of up to 16% of basic salary) Life assurance Health and dental cashplan option Your role As a reward analyst you will be tasked with focus on the following areas: Supporting the production and delivery of the annual pay review and performance review processes To provide data and cost modelling expertise to illustrate trends and provide insight into pay, pay structure and performance Undertake benchmarking to inform internal pay adjustments and increments Support the development and measurement of employee recognition and reward schemes About you You’ll be an effective team player with a pragmatic, solution focussed approach to problem solving. You’ll be comfortable working with IS systems, handling and interpreting large volumes of data to provide informed analysis to aid strategic decision making. To be considered as the reward analyst, you will need: Data analysis experience gained from working in multisite business operations Experience of working with Management information systems Advanced Excel skills Experience of working within an HR or Payroll function is an advantage, but not essential for this position. Other organisations may call this role Data Analyst or Data Manager.
