About the Role
* Responsible for the sales team and ensuring that team targets are met
* Quota carrying position, so you will be expected to support with individual contributions
* Monitoring, coaching, and training the sales team to deliver exceptional performance
* Able to assess and identify key development areas within the team
* Driving the team to achieve targets
* Managing all senior deals and assisting more junior team members through final steps
* Maintaining an understanding of all company products and services
About the Candidate
* Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years as a team leader
* Must have B2B sales experience and experience of the full sales cycle
* Ability to train, coach, and mentor junior salespeople
* Incredible communication and motivating behaviors
* Previous track record of good performance with an understanding of key metrics
