The role
Our managers play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the store and providing customers with the levels of service they know and love. Our Store Managers are responsible for supporting staff in their day-to-day roles and progression, maximising sales and profit targets, helping customers with anything they may need, and ensuring all legal and company procedures are in place.

What you’ll do
Sales and Customer Service
o Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
o Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
o Provide outstanding customer service, always keeping our values in mind
o Resolve customer complaints, address customer concerns, and explain company or store policies
Store growth and development
o Meet the revenue and growth targets, and control costs within a reasonable jurisdiction
o Manage the growth and development of the store and employees
o Demonstrate an active approach to achieve goals and objectives
Manage and train employees
o Recruit, train, develop and support staff to keep the standards of your team high
o Motivate staff to give their best results
o Provide high levels of leadership, encouragement, training, and support in order to help others achieve their results and meet their budgets
Administration
o Ensure effective administration of the store so that company systems, policies and procedures are always adhered to
o Create and implement effective marketing plans, and monitoring and reviewing results at regular intervals
o Promote the store in the local community by networking and liaising with local shops and businesses
