We are looking for a business-minded / entrepreneurial based sales leader who knows how to lead and inspire a team for our Manchester office.
You must have experience in leading a sales team of 8+ sales consultants to a multi 6/7 figure revenue each month with consistent delivery.
Expected Salary: £30,000 - £80,000 on OTE (Base Salary + Monthly Paid Commission depending on experience)

We are a new start-up styled company that came about 2 years ago and have grown to the UK’s leading property investment company & are looking for an experienced business partner to join & grow the Manchester office in order to help take the business to new heights.
We have a huge amount of opportunity ahead of us and have recently invested into a brand new revolutionary tech-based software/app which will be the leading vehicle for buying and investing in property in the UK (The rightmove for investors). We are looking for a highly driven & experienced sales manager who can make a significant impact and lead our sales team to success.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Morning Meetings: Lead energising morning meetings to inspire the team, prep for a successful sales day, and spotlight immediate improvement areas from the day before.
2. Managerial Meetings: Analyse sales performance and deliver regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights.
3. Foster a Results-Driven Environment: Hold the team accountable for their performance, such as maintaining a minimum of 2 hours of talk time on the phone daily.
4. Call Monitoring: Review sales agents' calls to ensure high quality and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and boosting sales performance on a daily basis.
5. Responsible for the delivery of 8 Sales Consultants.
Skills:
1. A minimum of 2-3 years of sales management experience.
2. Having a track record of growing a business.
3. Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
4. Have a natural ability to build rapport with other people.
Desired Skills:
1. Experience or knowledge in direct telesales companies.
2. Knowledge of how the property industry works.
Job Type: Full-time
1. Pay: £30,000.00-£80,000.00 per year.
2. Monday to Friday.
3. Work Location: In person.
