About the Role: As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be working alongside our new homes division and de-carbonisation team providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. As a Customer Liaison Officer within our Milton Keynes branch you will be working as part of a team within the Initial Accommodation Hub, the officer will provide support and high levels of Customer Service activities for our service users including logging of defects and following through to completion, diary management of operatives and sub contractors, making appointments as necessary for surveys and services, collating project information as required and updating systems as required in respect to works completed. This role will ensure all customers accessing our hub receive a warm, friendly, and consistent service to support all aspects of their needs during the time they are supported in initial accommodation Role Criteria: Excellence Customer service skills Has experience of working both face to face and over the phone with service users/public Experience of working to tight deadlines in busy office environment.
