Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Managing probate applications and administering estates
• Providing tailored advice on estate planning, trusts, and tax implications
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth process
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practices

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Qualified solicitor/legal executive with 3 years PQE in Wills and Probate Law
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
