Anderson Knight are supporting a client based in Glasgow to recruit a HR Project Officer who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting HR projects, for a 12m FTC. We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Systems Project Officer to join a growing team and contribute to the successful delivery of key HR initiatives. About the Role: As an HR Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and delivery of HR projects, with a focus on data handling, system improvements, and streamlining processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong ability to work across various HR systems, analyse data, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects, ensuring timely completion Work with HR systems to gather, manipulate, and present data for project purposes Help create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports Assist in streamlining HR processes, identifying efficiencies and improvements Provide administrative and data support to senior HR stakeholders as required Skills and Experience: Experience in HR projects, systems or data management Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail Ability to analyse data and present findings in a clear, understandable format Excellent communication and collaboration skills A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop Salary: Competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.
