Responsibilities
1. Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
2. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment that fosters teamwork and communication.
3. Support the management team in training new staff members.
4. Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Skills
1. Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
2. Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a hospitality setting.
3. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members alike.
