To provide assistance to other rounds and services as required. To respond promptly to customer complaints and complete accurate records of action taken. Be responsible for completion of all prescribed forms, both manual or electronic; You will be required to carry out a full range of duties across Environmental Services, for example the collection, loading and return of refuse containers to point of collection, bin delivery / cleaning duties, bulky collections. The post-holder will be based at Makerfield Way Depot and will be required to work flexibly in line with demands of Waste Services About you: At Waste Services, our aim is simple: to provide a quality, customer focused services across the borough. We are looking to recruit 2 Class 2 HGV Drivers to our successful waste services team. You must hold a Class 2 HGV driving licence and valid CPC Driver Qualification Card, work effectively as part of team and have a flexible and can do attitude to work.
