Purchase Ledger Clerk Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum Location: Tunbridge Wells Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are seeking a professional and hardworking Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a finance team in Tunbridge Wells. With the option to work from home on Fridays, this position provides both flexibility and a chance to play an integral role within the team. Day-to-day of the role: Processing purchase orders and allocating cost codes. Entering supplier invoices promptly and accurately. Creating new supplier accounts and maintaining existing ones. Investigating and resolving purchase ledger queries. Making supplier payments and managing cash flow. Producing month-end BACS reports. Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy in accounts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a purchase ledger position is essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and supplier relations.
