Registered Manager - Greater Manchester

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager with 2 years experience to join a well-established firm, providing fostering, residential, and educational services.
In this role, you will manage and develop a four-bedroom residential home for individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
You will be responsible for:
1. Maximise the life chances of the children in care.
2. Uphold safeguarding commitments and report concerns promptly.
3. Implement recommendations from Ofsted inspections and Regulation.
4. Prepare and submit reports on your home to the Group Operations Director.
5. Lead recruitment processes for the establishment in collaboration with the Business Support team.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
2. At least 2 years experience in a children's residential setting and 1 year in management.
3. Background in managing multiple residential homes.
4. CQSW / DipSW or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
5. A valid, clean UK driving licence.
6. An enhanced DBS certificate.
