The Account Manager will report to the Sales Team Leader and be a pivotal point in managing our partner accounts. This role is ideal for someone with experience of managing a highly transaction account portfolio. An attitude and approach to deliver consistent high output, and high standards are critical to success. This is a highly rewarding role with a clear progression path to Key Account Manager.
What you'll be doing
* Generate sales among partner accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
* Operates as the point of contact for assigned partners.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* Generate net new sales opportunities for channel partners by way of GTM strategies.
* Prepare quotes and proposals on demand when required by the partner.
* Communicate partner needs and demands to the company.
* Be constantly developing intelligence on your partner's activity and market trends.
* Generate Sales Forecasts and track partner account metrics.
* Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and execute growth plans.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure complete end-to-end management.
* Service multiple partners concurrently, often meeting strict deadlines.
* Keep records of client transactions.
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience managing a large account portfolio.
* Account Management background or similar.
* Be tenacious, committed, and competitive.
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Negotiation skills.
* Time management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications.
* Experience in Cloud Distribution (Vendor, Distributor or Re-seller).
* CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce).
