We are looking for a housekeeping supervisor to join a team of distinguished hospitality enthusiasts. Our goal is to create the greatest golf hotel experience in the world.
What will I be doing?
* Regularly carry out bedroom and public area inspections to ensure a high quality service in all hotels.
* Supervise a team of housekeepers.
* Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are met to provide a safe environment and meet all legal obligations.
* Report faults and maintenance issues to maximize bedroom availability.
* Assist, support, and supervise your team of Housekeeping Attendants.
* Attend and participate in daily and monthly meetings for preparation, playing a vital role in the setup and service of the hotel, maintaining and continually improving our standards and the quality of our service, consistently exceeding our guest expectations.
* Manage operating costs effectively, with responsibility for stock take completion and stock orders in the most organized and efficient way.
* Respond promptly, effectively, and professionally to all customer requests and queries.
* Check all areas before, during, and at the end of each shift, ensuring high standards are maintained; carry out daily maintenance and cleanliness checks across all areas of both guest and colleague facing areas.
* Motivate our team, fully involved in their coaching, training, and development.
* Interact with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful, and doing everything possible to exceed their expectations.
