Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Account Manager (UK & Ireland) to join our company!
Your clients will be key industry influencers - You will partner with manufacturers of veterinary pharmaceuticals and pet food & veterinary distributors for example, and will oversee all aspects of our clients businesses, owning the build, maintenance and execution of account plans.
This position sits in our Animal Health, Subscription Services team. It is a full-time remote position, and an element of travel will be required for industry events, client appointments and team meetings across the South of England.

Your Responsibilities
* Grow our animal health subscription business based on our business annual sales targets
* Identify new product and service opportunities amongst our existing clients portfolio
* Conduct client meetings and collaborate with other teams to prepare proposals based on client needs
* Assist department Director in the development and roll-out of new products
* Maintain close relationships with our animal health customers via phone, video calls and personal meetings
* Answer customer RFPs with timely, actionable and financially sound quotations
* Provide support during the data production cycle – i.e. data validation, production of client specific management reports
* Develop personal knowledge and capability in the data production and reporting processes, eventually taking ownership of specific elements of this cycle
* Establish close working relationships with the VetTrak team members
* Participate in the development of enhancements to the data production
Requirements
* A strong understanding of Animal Health, Nutrition or Veterinarian Practices (3+ years of hands on experience required)
* Strong Excel skills are required - Please note there will be a small exercise included in the recruitment process - this includes experience with pivot tables and formulas for example
* Previous experience working directly with clients is essential
* An interest to learn more about data solutions, data tools and customer insights
* You enjoy meeting new people and presenting your work to others (such as senior level audiences/clients)
* You are enthusiastic, results driven and enjoy working at a fast pace, sometimes under pressure
* You have a drive to learn and want to be involved in different workstreams
* You have fantastic communication skills (verbal and written)
