Role & Responsibilities: Proficient in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable handling calls with clients and estate agents. Proactive team player, working accurately to meet deadlines. Computer literate, familiar with Case Management Systems. Maintain files and records efficiently. Manage sale matters with minimal supervision, from file opening to post-completion tasks, including drafting contracts, completion statements, and using HM Land Registry portal. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience. Experience utilising the HM Land Registry Portal and archiving. Excellent client care skills.
