Overview: We have a requirement for a Data specialist in our fast moving industry of Regulated Training for Aesthetics, Tattooing, Piercing etc ahead of forthcoming licensing.We are looking for staff to develop this area of the business. Duties: The role will include the following: Inputting and migrating data from social media platforms from organic and paid enquiries into excel spread sheets and tracking progress of enquiries for training and treatments, and then using other platforms such as mail chimp or similar to set up some automated follow up. Analyse data on where enquires have come from paid/organic/following a post etc and carry out cost benefit analysis of the database. i.e. advert spend vs conversion to customer – we currently don’t have this data on an ongoing basis. Ensuring all data is collated and stored in compliance with GDPR legislation. Produce reports in Word, giving management information to inform decision making on future spend and budgets In addition, they would be responsible for monitoring incoming enquiries, initiating contact giving the enquirer initial information, and sign post them to next steps. Assisting with content creation for Marketing and Educational Materials using Ai technologies. Tracking learner progress and recording when assignments are submitted, marked signed off for certification, hopefully creating our own online learning platform. Other general administrative duties include: Inputting visitor treatment information, improving client retention and stock monitoring when appropriate. Desired skills: Strong interest in data, analysis and reporting. Familiarity with GDPR and best practices for data storage and handling. Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions and report writing. Strong willingness to learner and develop. Entry requirements: 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject Benefits: Private parking, disabled access.
