SHE Manager We're looking for a SHE Manager to join the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks division. You will be working with our long-standing client, Severn Trent, based in the Midlands. Locatio n : West Midlands, Birmingham - some remote working available, with travel to the Severn Trent sites, as required. Hours: 45 hours per week What will you be responsible for? As a SHE Manager you'll be managing a small team of SHE Advisors who support several projects across the Severn Trent water framework. This is a varied and technical role where you will be involved in inspections, incident investigations, data reporting and trend analysis. Your day to day will include: Being the example to follow making sure the highest standards of health and safety are adhered to and the requirements of the integrated management system are implemented fully. Ensure your team is adequately resourced to deliver the projects effectively. Participate meaningfully in team, client, and subcontractor meetings, forums, and events. Perform regular site visits and inspections, assisting the teams in remaining compliant with client assurance visits. Work closely with the client to ensure assurance inspections meet the required standard. What are we looking for? This role of SHE Manager is great for you if: NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent qualification in health, safety, and environmental management and a Full UK Driving Licence. Professional membership of a relevant institution (e.g. IOSH, IIRSM, IEMA). Experience managing health and safety in the construction or other high-risk industry (min 5 years). Experience in managing a team of H&S professionals. Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 Standards.
