Responsibilities
* Friendly and thoughtful service – responding to customer queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and supporting with tasks on the post office counter.
* Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Make sure the store is safe and legal – keeping shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
* Help introduce new products and services – sharing experiences with colleagues to learn together.
* Support your local community – getting involved in activities and events.
