Job Description
* Liaison with suppliers, confirming/managing purchase orders and arranging shipments.
* Liaison with logistics partners.
* Ensuring shipment data is accurately maintained on internal systems.
* Administration of manufacturing work-flows and production orders.
* Management of key company data.

Candidate Profile:
* Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent administrative and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
* Efficient work-flow management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.
