• £20,000 - £40,000 base salary per annum, + highly competitive commission up to 25%
• Receive training from the directors with over 20 years of experience

The Requirements as a Recruitment Consultant
• Excellent work ethic evidenced by previous work experience
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
• Self-starter, self-motivated and goal orientated
• The will to win, good on the phone
The Role as a Recruitment Consultant
• Find and qualify candidates using all the tools and resources provided
• Write and publish adverts
• Headhunt 'A grade' candidates through various platforms
• Build candidate market maps
• Book and run candidate meetings
• Use the CRM system for tracking all activities
• Arrange candidate interviews, including preparing candidates, and collecting feedback
• Identify leads and action them
• Generate and convert leads
• Build relationships with hiring managers
