We are seeking a proactive and reliable First Line Support candidate to join our team in Ilford. This position will be the first point of contact for our users, providing exceptional IT support and troubleshooting basic technical issues. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and some foundational IT skills. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to clients via phone and email, resolving basic issues and escalating when necessary.
2. Log, monitor, and manage service requests within our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
3. Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and provide advice on usage, configurations, and best practices.
4. Liaise with internal teams to coordinate resolutions for complex issues.
5. Consistently ensure client satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality support.
