The Role: Customer Service Advisor – Gateshead
Annual Salary: £23,869 per annum
Shift Patterns: 40 hours per week. Dayshift – Variety of regular shift patterns available (e.g., 06:00 – 15:00, 11:00 – 20:00) to suit your lifestyle, available Monday to Sunday.
Impactful Work: As a key member of our Customer Experience Centre, your role goes beyond answering calls. You'll be creating job requests, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

About You
Essential Skills:
* Outstanding customer service ethos
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Experienced in high-volume call handling
* Comfortable working under pressure
Desirable Experience: Prior experience in fast-paced customer service settings, familiarity with bespoke IT systems, and good geographical knowledge.
