Role description: Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You’ll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed. As a consultant joining GROW, you’ll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets. Role accountabilities: As part of Arcadis’ local government team you will supporting the team to deliver service excellence by providing solutions, predominantly, but not exclusively, to local authority clients developing and delivering complex and challenging corporate asset and regeneration projects and programmes. The role offers the ability to work across a number of development initiatives from inception through to delivery of schemes across a broad range of activity including housing development, town centre regeneration through to large scale masterplanning of new towns. The role will include design management, viability and market insight, project/development management and risk management to deliver solutions and optimise client outcomes. Accepted Degrees: BSc or Msc Property, Town Planning, Project Management, Commercial and/or Valuation, Development Management or Construction Management. Qualifications & Experience: You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
