This vital role plays an integral part in the smooth financial operations of the service. You will be working closely with both the Operations Manager and Finance Lead to support invoicing, debt recovery, and treatment tracking, ensuring accurate and efficient management of finances.
Key responsibilities:
1. Overseeing cash flow control and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
2. Managing invoicing and processing payments in a timely manner.
3. Assisting with debt recovery by following up on outstanding payments and providing support to resolve queries.
4. Supporting the team with treatment tracking to ensure accurate data entry and updates.
5. Handling general office duties such as answering financial queries, updating client information, and maintaining finance notes.
6. Keeping the finance tracker up-to-date to ensure seamless financial processes.
7. Supporting with general enquiries and assisting with overflow phone calls.
8. Covering reception duties when necessary, as well as assisting with general office tasks.
Key requirements:
1. Previous experience in a finance or accounts-related role is desirable.
2. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
3. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
4. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and handling a variety of office duties.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting software.
