Role Overview

This role involves providing on-site support for generator systems within the designated region, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition through maintenance, inspections, and repairs.


Key Responsibilities

* Work in both workshop and field environments
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Perform servicing and maintenance on generator units and related equipment
* Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot technical issues
* Carry out repairs both on-site and off-site as needed
* Maintain accurate records and complete reports in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
* Build strong relationships with customers and team members
* Uphold a professional approach in all work activities
* Take responsibility for health and safety in line with company policies
